More Than 1/3rd of Remote Workers Plan To Move in 2023 – Are Landlords Ready?

According to data released by Apartment List, more than 1/3rd of remote or hybrid workers plan to move within 2023. This survey took place in December 2022 and interviewed more than 6,000 participants. Their full data explores the motives and rationale for so many workers seeking a new place to live. Top among them are the desires for a more spacious living environment, relocating to be closer to family, reduction in the rental cost, and greater access to urban amenities.The remote worker migration in rental property is expected to continue in 2023 with 36 percent of remote workers planning to move in 2023
