Cincinnati offers a variety of neighborhoods ideal for downtown living.\u00a0 <\/span>Each downtown Cincinnati neighborhood has something unique to offer its occupants and it is a good idea to consider each one for your own lifestyle and needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fourth Street Historic District <\/b>is a historic district for renters in Downtown Cincinnati and home to fixtures such as Lombardy Apartment Building<\/b><\/span><\/a> and the commercial Hooper Building<\/b><\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 <\/span>Fourth Street has some of the most unique shopping and dining options in the city.\u00a0 <\/span>The West section of the Fourth Street area is more residential with recently built luxury condos taking over the commercial space that is more available on the east side.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
